Victor K. Lee was appointed Vice President and Chief Group Counsel for Celera in May 2004. He originally joined Celera in July 2001 as Patent Attorney and Senior Licensing Director.
Before joining Celera, Dr. Lee was Chief Patent Counsel at Roche Molecular Systems. Prior to that, he practiced patent law in the New York office and the Palo Alto office of Pennie & Edmonds LLP for eight years.
Dr. Lee received a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, his Ph.D. in Experimental Pathology from the University of Washington, and his Bachelor of Science from Eastern Washington University.
