Vice President, Discovery Research

John Sninsky is Vice President of Discovery Research for Celera. He holds a Ph.D. in Biology from Purdue University with a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University in genetics. Prior to joining Applera Corporation to establish Celera Diagnostics, John was Vice President of Discovery Research at Roche Molecular Systems and shared responsibility for a joint therapeutic and diagnostic genetics-genomics program. He held several academic and biotechnology research positions prior to this position.
